ADMISSIONS AND WITHDRAWALS
Admissions:
Admissions will be made after Registration into all classes depending on vacancies and will be based on Transfer Certificates from a Recognised English Medium School. Application Form for admission can be collected from the school Office from the 1st week of January, on a Registration Fee of Rs. 500/-.
- Candidates seeking admission must be accompanied by a responsible person, parents or guardian who will fill in correct details of information, such as name and age, and to sign the application form.
- If the candidate has previously attended any school, the Transfer Certificate from the last school must be produced.
- They will be examined in the subjects of the class through an admission test.
- No pupil shall be allowed to attend classes pending formal enrolment.
- Admission may be refused to a candidate who is too old or too young for the class to which admission is sought.
- Application for a Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing to the Principal by the Parent or Guardian of the pupil one week in advance.
- No Certificate of any kind will be given to student who are in arrears.
Withdrawals:
Transfer Certificates are issued (generally at the end of the year) for one or more of the following reasons
- Failing in the same class for two years.
- Irregularity and frequent late attendance.
- Lack of interest in studies (please refer the remarks in the school calendar).
- Malpractice during the examination and indiscipline.
- Disregard for school regulations :
- Not coming in school uniform
- Not paying the school fee in time.
- Disrespect towards the members of the staff.
- Lack of parental co-operation.
