ADMISSIONS AND WITHDRAWALS

Admissions:

Admissions will be made after Registration into all classes depending on vacancies and will be based on Transfer Certificates from a Recognised English Medium School. Application Form for admission can be collected from the school Office from the 1st week of January, on a Registration Fee of Rs. 500/-.

1. Candidates seeking admission must be accompanied by a responsible person, parents or guardian who will fill in correct details of information, such as name and age, and to sign the application form.
2. If the candidate has previously attended any school, the Transfer Certificate from the last school must be produced.
3. They will be examined in the subjects of the class through an admission test.
4. No pupil shall be allowed to attend classes pending formal enrolment.
5. Admission may be refused to a candidate who is too old or too young for the class to which admission is sought.
6. Application for a Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing to the Principal by the Parent or Guardian of the pupil one week in advance.
7. No Certificate of any kind will be given to student who are in arrears.

Withdrawals:

Transfer Certificates are issued (generally at the end of the year) for one or more of the following reasons

1. Failing in the same class for two years.
2. Irregularity and frequent late attendance.
3. Lack of interest in studies (please refer the remarks in the school calendar).
4. Malpractice during the examination and indiscipline.
5. Disregard for school regulations :
   • Not coming in school uniform
   • Not paying the school fee in time.
   • Disrespect towards the members of the staff.
6. Lack of parental co-operation.
